This service offers you advice on compliance, ensures optimum market rent is achieved, finds and references your tenants and offers the security of protection through compliant documentation.
Our Let Only service means that going forward you have more control over your property, the ability to strike up a relationship with your tenant and less on-going expenses. This is particularly useful if you live near the property or do not feel there is sufficient funds after your mortgage and other expenses to engage the full services of an agent.
We can advise on other areas but our Let Only service includes:
• Rental assessment and compliance report
• Advertising of property and accompanied viewings
• Tenant referencing
• Provide repairs and legislative advice
• Preparation of lease and tenancy documentation
• Instruction of inventory
• Lodgement of deposit with a Tenant Deposit Protection Agency
We then leave you or your family members to have the direct relationship with the tenants. You would sort your own repairs, inspections and monthly rental payments etc. We can also assist with the check out by separate agreement (this service comes as a one-off cost).
