Moved to Chapmans a few years ago after getting extremely frustrated with the service received from a large property letting and management company in Edinburgh. I really like working with the team at Chapmans, I get regular updates and statements and always feel I’m kept in the loop on what’s going on with my property. Any time they do need to complete work they present a few options, will give a recommendation on what route they think I should take, and I always trust their recommendations. I feel like my property is in good hands!

I have just had an excellent client experience with Chapmans following a tenant. vacating a property. The property was inspected, I received a comprehensive, detailed report, issues were actioned and the flat relet in record time. As a first-time landlord, I was nervous about the process of renovating and letting a property I had inherited. I needn’t have worried. MC at Chapman’s did an amazing job throughout the whole process, being especially sensitive about how I came to own the flat. She designed and managed the renovations and even came in under budget with an incredible result. I’ve been renting a property through Chapmans for about 1.5 years now and the team have been amazing from the start. We had quite a pleasant experience working with Chapmans. While we were looking for a new property to move in, they were quite prompt in responses. Before move-in, they explained all processes & shared all required details. After move-in, they were quite prompt with any maintenance requests too. We had pleasant interactions with the team.
