IS THREE A CROWD?

Interesting read and research! We absolutely agree with this article – the importance of a trusted landlord-tenant relationship is absolutely vital. But this also goes for Agent-Tenant relationships and Agent-Landlord relationships too. If everyone has a mutual trust and empathy for the other, then it ultimately benefits all parties - which any healthy, long-lasting relationship needs...a little give and take.

In our experience, we aim to build healthy and long-lasting relationships with our Landlords and Tenants - encouraging everyone to collaborate together to make the whole experience work in the best interests of everyone concerned. When this works and clicks, this is what we find leads to the best and longest tenancies; which can only be good for everyone – including the property, neighbours and the local community too!
