We recently sent out a very detailed feedback questionnaire to our current Landlords - we wanted to understand why they wanted to use a Letting Agent instead of self-managing, what they looked for from a professional service provider and what was really important and also we wanted to understand what they thought we were doing well and what improvements we could make.
It's imperative to us as a growing business to take feedback directly from those who use our services and know us best so we can learn, grow and improve off the back of it.
We want to thank our clients for taking the time to fill the survey out for us, it was so appreciated and was extremely helpful and insightful and thank them for their continued loyalty.
