Fantastic opportunity for a challenging full-time role with opportunities for extensive professional and personal development.
Chapmans is a growing Property Lettings & Management company that has grown purely on the back of reputation and recommendation. We have very strong core values of integrity, professionalism, customer service, approachability and teamwork.
If you think you have the skills needed to represent our team we have an opening for a Trainee Property Manager.
The Trainee Property Manager would support the Senior Property Managers with any new Properties that we take on with a view to ultimately fully managing this new portfolio themselves in due course. They would also support the existing Senior PMs with lease signings, check ins, viewings and referencing while building up their knowledge on maintenance management. Through this combined approach they will get full visibility of all aspects of Property Management and there will be plenty of opportunities for progression and they will benefit from a variety of training approaches.
This is an exciting but demanding role where commitment and personal drive is essential. The ability to manage expectations and successfully marry the demands of tenants with the needs of our landlords, as well as effectively communicating with the Senior Property Managers, requires exemplary interpersonal skills and high levels of customer service.
