Luke joined Chapmans in 2020 and has progressed from his role as Trainee Property Manager to become a fully-fledged Property Manager in record time. Having completed his studies at Edinburgh University gaining a First-Class Honors in Law, as well as a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice with Distinction; Luke went on to complete his training as both a trainee solicitor and then as a property finance solicitor. Deciding he wanted a change of career direction; the legal sector’s loss is Chapmans’ gain.
Luke’s aim is to bring and adapt the skills and knowledge that he has gained in previous roles to his new position here at Chapmans. These include being a team player, excellent organisational skills, liaising with clients, being a bit of a techie whizz and offering an exceptional level of customer service. His pragmatic approach and ability to pick up and apply new skills has seen him rise through the ranks with Chapmans. He is a really valued Property Manager who is well suited to juggling the many balls that come with the territory in a helpful, engaging but professional manner. Luke is popular with, and well regarded by, our Landlords, Tenants, Contractors and team alike.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
Not only is Luke an avid snowboarder, footballer and hiker he has also traversed the famous Peruvian Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, trekked for three days along a secluded stretch the Great Wall of China and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro for charity!
With a commitment to providing a great service and building good, solid client relationships being key to Luke -he is all about meeting and exceeding high standards. His time management and organisational skills are exemplary.

My Favourite Place in Edinburgh – The city centre. I live near Lothian Road and love living in the heart of the city.
Favourite Holiday – Belfast. Had a brilliant weekend away across the water with my better half. Soaked in the sights, soaked in the history and soaked in the craft beer. Would definitely go back!
Favourite Food – A supersize extra-hot steak strips burrito from Bonnie Burrito.
Favourite Film – Edge of Tomorrow. Comedy, romance, war, drama and time-travelling aliens – this movie has it all!
Favourite things to do in my spare time – Practice my guitar, hike to the summits of Munros and play 5-a-side football.
