Hunter joined us in 2018 as a Trainee Property Manager and an Apprentice. Her commitment to providing a great service, dedication to her role and ability to build great, solid client relationships meant Hunter climbed the ranks to not only successfully complete her Apprenticeship, she has now become a Property Manager relatively quickly. Doing the very best by her Landlords and Tenants is key to Hunter and she is all about meeting and exceeding high standards.

Hunter manages her own rental portfolio and is the first point of contact for her Landlords and Tenants. Marketing our rental properties, window displays, virtual tours, viewings, lease negotiations, Tenant check-in and check-out management, deposit negotiations and Tenant issues are just a handful of her key tasks. So, you can imagine, time management and organisational skills are also a key strength of Hunters!

Hunter is also studying towards her professional Letting exams (ARLA Level 6 in Property Letting & Management (equivalent of LETWELL accreditation) and the Award in Residential Inventory Management and Practice.

Hunter is a real hit with our Landlord and Tenants, receiving wonderful praise and feedback for her fabulous work ethic and attention to detail. Friendly, reliable, motivated and kind, Hunter is on hand to help out our Landlords, Tenants and team to the best of her ability each and every day.
