Hunter is one of our newest team members and fitting in fantastically. A commitment to providing a great service and building good, solid client relationships is key to Hunter and she is all about meeting and exceeding high standards.

Hunter’s overarching role is to help with the smooth running of the business and team – assisting her fellow teammates with general administration tasks and keeping on top of paperwork. She is also a primary contact for telephone enquiries from potential Tenants looking to rent a property and existing Tenants and Landlords, along with Maggie and Amy.

Hunter will also start studying towards her professional Letting exams in the coming months (ARLA Level 6 in Property Letting & Management (equivalent of LETWELL accreditation) and the Award in Residential Inventory Management and Practice).

Hunter helps with all office administration & support including:

  • Conducting property viewings
  • Managing all bookings of property visits for our property managers
  • Inspections and inventories
  • Preparing new properties for let
  • Instructing and chasing up Safety Certificates
  • Utility management and switches
  • Key management

Hunter has great previous work experience and a fabulous work ethic along with attention to detail. Friendly, reliable, motivated and kind, Hunter is on hand to help out our Landlords, Tenants and team to the best of her ability each and every day.
