Eve joined the team in 2021 and progressed to the role of Property Manager very quickly, owning and managing her own portfolio of Chapmans’ properties.

We are delighted to report that Eve passed her Letwell qualification – studying extremely hard whilst working full-time to achieve this professional development certification.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
- Sourcing ideal tenants according to the client’s specification
- Instructing and overseeing day-to-day maintenance works
- Coordinating and managing refurbishment projects
- Carrying out routine property inspections to ensure that standards are maintained throughout the let
- Handling day-to-day tenant enquiries to ensure the smooth running of the tenancy
- Managing property turnovers and any associated maintenance with swift remarketing of while negotiating appropriate deposit returns for the outgoing tenants
- Encouraging Business Development and growth through networking, relationship building and brand visibility.
