Amy, although one of our newest recruits, has worked for Chapmans previously on work experience – and she was so great and showed such commitment and a passion for all things Letting (and Chapmans), we wanted her back!

Along with Maggie and Hunter, Amy helps and supports the team with all general administration tasks and important paperwork – helping to keep things ticking over smoothly as well as providing the excellent client and tenant service we champion in everything we do at Chapmans. She is also a friendly, helpful point of contact for telephone enquiries and is out and about weekly doing our all-important property viewings and inspections.

Like Hunter, Amy will be studying hard working towards her qualifications in Lettings and Property Management with a view to becoming a fully-fledged Property Manager in the future.

Amy helps with all office administration & support including:

  • Conducting property viewings
  • Managing appointments and shadowing the Property Manager at inspections, and preparation of the reports for review
  • Preparing new properties for let and setting up new clients on our systems
  • Instructing and chasing up Safety Certificates
  • Utility management and switches

Amy is incredibly organised and works well under pressure – which suits our high-pressure environment very well. Friendly, positive and professional with an excellent track record in offering high levels of customer service, Amy is a welcomed addition to our expanding team.

On a personal note…

My Favourite Place in Edinburgh –  Princess Street, I like the atmosphere and also enjoy walking around Princess Street gardens and looking up at our beautiful castle.

Favourite Holiday – Florida. Such a great and fun place to visit!

Favourite Food – Roast Dinner…with all the trimmings!!

Favourite things to do in my spare time –  Spending time with family, friends and I also love going out for food.
