Part time Office Administrator Role available

Office Administration Support Role

Great opportunity for a part time flexible role within a growing family run Lettings and Management Business with opportunities for additional roles and responsibilities if wanted.

Hours and pay– flexible but ideally afternoons M,T,T,F and Wednesday mornings. Total hours and remuneration based on experience and current skill level but 14 hours plus per week and more if flexible

Initial roles and responsibilities are as follows:

  • General office administration including filing, scanning etc
  • Tenant referencing
  • Answering tenant and landlord enquires over the phone and by email
  • Utility switchovers
  • Keeping systems up to date

Training will be provided but it would be helpful if the candidate had the following skills/attributes:

Skills needed:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to work in a small home office environment
  • UK driving license will be required for further role development

Incentives:

If the applicant shows all the right qualities there would be opportunities for additional administration and property management work as appropriate, including the possibility of working up to a full time position as a property manager. There would be opportunities to work shadow an experienced team member on property visits and client meetings.
